The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A Construction And Construction Expertise, Geotechnical Soil Research, Architectural And Conservation Research, A Program Of Conservation Works And A Mycological Opinion Of The Building Of The Former Rejchert Bakery, Located At Ul. Grochowska 224 In Warsaw.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Stage I: A) Making An Inventory Of The Existing Condition, Including The Area On A Map, With Photographic Documentation, B) 3D Scanning Of The Facility, C) Creating A Point Cloud, D) Simplified Architectural Concept Of The Planned Investment Project: Preparation Of A 3D Model Of The Existing Building, Solid Visualization Showing A Possible Superstructure, Taking Into Account The Existing Buildings, Plot Plan And A Simplified Cross-Section Showing The Dimensions Of The New Layout; 2) Stage Ii: E) Preparation Of A Technical Assessment That Will Determine The Structural Condition Of The Building, F) Performance Of Geotechnical Tests Of The Ground Within And Adjacent To The Building, G) Performance Of Architectural And Conservation Research, H) Development Of A Program Of Conservation Works For Facades Entered In The Register Of Monuments, Necessary To Obtain A Conservation Permit, Preparation Of Design And Conservation Documentation, I) Preparation Of A Mycological Opinion Of The Building Along With A Repair Program.3. As Regards The Number Of Copies Of Documentation, The Requirements Specified In The Opz Apply - Annex 9 To The Swz. 4. Design And Conservation Documentation Should Meet The Requirements Of The Masovian Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments (Mwkz) And Be Prepared In A Way That Allows Its Approval.5. Wherever Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Are Indicated, Equivalent Standards May Be Indicated,6. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Together With Annexes, I.E. Technical Documentation That The Ordering Party Has At Its Disposal) Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
