Tenders Are Invited For Thermal Modernization Of Buildings Owned By The Wyśmierzyce Commune - Design And Build

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation (Including All Legally Required Arrangements) And Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula In Four Buildings Owned By The Wyśmierzyce Commune, I.E. The Teachers Home Building In Wyśmierzyce, The Senior Home Building In Wyśmierzyce, The Volunteer Fire Department Building In Kożuchów And The Nursery Building In Kostrzyn As Part Of The Investment Project Titled Thermal Modernization Of Buildings Owned By The Wyśmierzyce Commune. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Constitutes Annex No. 10 To The Terms Of Reference, Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Performed Under The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Swz, Ffu And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, With Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations, Standards And Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge Specified In The Construction Law.4. The Names Of Installation Elements Used In This Functional And Utility Program Are Only Example Solutions. The Installation Elements Used In Reality Are To Have Parameters That Are Technically And Qualitatively No Worse Than Those Adopted In This Program. 5. The Ordering Party, Bearing In Mind That If In Any Place In The Ffu And Its Annexes The Manufacturers Name, Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Of Materials Or Devices Used To Perform The Supplies And Installation That Are The Subject Of The Order Are Indicated, This Means That The Devices And Materials Intended By The Contractor To Be Used At The Stage Of Execution Of The Works Should Meet At Least The Parameters Specified In The Documentation And Should Not Be Worse Than Its Assumptions. The Ordering Party Allows Any Market Equivalents With Parameters Equal Or Better Than Those Indicated. The Burden Of Proving That The Material (Product) Meets The Ordering Partys Requirements Rests With The Person Submitting The Offer. In Such A Case, The Contractor Must Submit Appropriate Documents Describing The Technical Parameters, Required Certificates And Other Documents Authorizing The Given Materials (Products) For Use, And Allowing It To Be Clearly Stated That They Actually Comply With The Requirements Or Better. All Materials And Devices That Will Be Built Or Installed Must Be Previously Approved By The Ordering Party. 6. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 6.1. Teachers House: A. Modernization Of Partitions (Insulation Of External Walls And Ceiling - Along With Reconstruction Of The Facade, Roof Covering, Etc.); B. Replacement Of Windows And Doors; C. Modernization Of The Heating System - Replacing The Existing Heat Source With An Ecological One (Air Heat Pump With A Minimum Power Of 12.0 Kw With An Electric Boiler/Electric Heaters As A Peak/Emergency Source) And Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation; D. Installation Of
