Tenders Are Invited For Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Successive Purchase And Delivery Of Brand New Tools And Workshop Equipment For The Municipal Cleaning Company In The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warszawie Sp. Z O. O.
The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Purchase And Delivery Of Brand New Tools And Workshop Equipment For The Municipal Cleaning Company In The Capital City Of Warsaw. I. Subject Matter Of The Order In This Procedure, The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Successive Deliveries Of Brand New Tools And Workshop Equipment (Hereinafter Referred To As: Equipment) For The Municipal Cleaning Company In The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warszawie Sp. Z O. O. (Hereinafter Referred To As: Mpo) And The Actual Range Of Purchases Made Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contract Will Be Implemented For A Period Of 6 Months From The Date Of Its Signing, With The Possibility Of Extension Until The Funds Are Used, Based On Individual Orders That Will Be Placed Using The Eordering Platform (Platform For Awarding And Implementing Public Procurement). The Actual Range Of Deliveries Will Depend On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And Specified In Each Individual Order. The Ordering Party Informs That The Fact Of Concluding A Framework Agreement Does Not Oblige The Contractor To Submit Offers For Each Individual Order. The Contractor Who Is Invited To Submit An Offer Is Not Obliged To Submit It If He Does Not Have The Required Product Range. Individual Orders Will Be Implemented By The Contractor Who: 1) Concluded A Framework Agreement With The Ordering Party; 2) In Response To The Invitation To Submit Offers For The Performance Of A Unit Order, Submits The Most Advantageous Offer Based On The Offer Evaluation Criteria Specified In A Given Procedure For Awarding A Unit Order. Ii. The Place Of Delivery Will Be The Place Indicated In The Executive Agreement, Which May Be: 1) The Companys Workshop, Ul. Kampinoska 1, 01-934 Warszawa, Or2) Companys Workshop, Ul. Kopijników 13, 03-274 Warsaw, Or3) Companys Workshop, Ul. Tatarska 2/4, 05-077 Warsaw, Or4) Spalarni Warehouse, Ul. Zabraniecka 2, 03-872 Warszawa.Iii. Deadline For Completing Individual Orders. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Deliver Tools And Workshop Equipment To The Ordering Party Within The Time Specified In The Submitted Offer. The Maximum Order Completion Time Is 120 Full Clock Hours (Counted Only In Business Days) From The Moment Of Concluding The Performance Agreement. The Contractor Cannot Offer In His Offer For A Single Order Conditions Less Favorable Than Those He Proposed In The Offer Submitted In The Procedure Conducted To Conclude A Framework Agreement.
