Construction Works Do Not Include Connections To Buildings. 2) The Contractors Offer Price Must Include A Division: For The Development Of Design Documentation And For The Performance Of Construction Works, Provided That The Cost Of Developing Design Documentation May Not Exceed 6% Of The Total Offer Price, Under Penalty Of Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5) Public Procurement Act, As An Offer Whose Content Is Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.3) The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In This Swz And Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu).4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Manage Waste Generated As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And To Comply With The Principles Of Environmental Protection (Including Preventing The Generation Of Waste, Limiting Its Quantity And Negative Impact On The Environment, Ensuring Recovery And Proper Disposal).
