The House May Be Located Within The City Of Olsztyn Or Outside The City Of Olsztyn In The Communes Neighboring The Olsztyn Commune. Service Period From February 1, 2026 To October 31, 20262. 24/7 Care And Living Services Will Be Provided On The Basis Of: A) Art. 52 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended) B) Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of July 27, 2024 On Family Welfare Homes (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1129).3. 24-Hour Care And Living Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order May Be Provided In A Single-Family Residential Building Located In The City Of Olsztyn Or Neighboring Communes, Neighboring The Commune Of Olsztyn, The Owner Or Tenant Of Which Is: 1) A Natural Person Running A Family Care Home In Which This Person Lives; 2) Authorized Entity - A Non-Governmental Organization Referred To In Art. 3 Section 2 Of The Act Of April 24, 2003 On Public Benefit Activities And Volunteering (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 571 And Of 2024, Item 834) Or The Entity Mentioned In Art. 3 Section 3 Of This Act, Conducting Activities In The Field Of Social Assistance, I.E. A) Legal Persons And Organizational Units Operating On The Basis Of The Provisions On The States Relationship With The Catholic Church In The Republic Of Poland, On The States Relationship With Other Churches And Religious Associations And On Guarantees Of Freedom Of Conscience And Religion, If Their Statutory Goals Include Conducting Public Benefit Activities; B) Associations Of Local Government Units; C) Social Cooperatives; D) Joint-Stock Companies And Limited Liability Companies And Sports Clubs That Are Companies Operating Under The Provisions Of The Act Of June 25, 2010 On Sports (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2048 And Of 2024, Item 1166), Which Do Not Operate For The Purpose Of Making A Profit And Allocate All Income To Achieve Statutory Objectives And Do Not Allocate The Profit For Distribution Among Their Shareholders, Shareholders And Employees - Conducting Social Welfare Activities, Hereinafter Referred To As Authorized Entities - By The Entity Entitled.4.
