1. Execution Of Construction Works For The Investment Project Titled Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path Connecting Łowicka Street With The Zadębie Reservoir. The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Swz, The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And The Price List Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of: A) Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path With A Length Of Approximately 950 M, B) Construction Of A Footbridge Over The Skierniewka River, C) Construction Of Retaining Walls, D) Construction Of Rest Areas For Pedestrians And Cyclists, E) Construction Of Lighting, F) Construction Of Monitoring, G) Construction Of Drainage Elements, H) Construction And Demolition Of A Sanitary Sewage System As Part Of Resolving The Collision, I) Construction Of Small Architecture Elements) Other Accompanying Works. The Detailed Scope Of Works For This Task Is Determined By The Bill Of Quantities, Price List And Design Documentation. When Pricing And Performing The Works, The Provisions Contained In Annex No. 7 And Annex No. 8 Should Be Taken Into Account In The Part Entitled Comments On The Valuation Of Works - The Comments Refer To The Bill Of Quantities, List Of Prices, Description Of The Subject Of The Order. When Pricing And Performing Works, Decisions, Conditions, Arrangements And Opinions Regarding The Developed Design Documentation Should Also Be Taken Into Account. Fulfillment Of The Conditions Contained In The Above-Mentioned Documents And The Costs Associated With Them Should Be Included In The Offer Price. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For Obtaining An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Or Making An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of The Works And The Intention To Commence Use (If Required In Accordance With Applicable Law). Note: The Contractor Whose Offer Is Deemed The Most Advantageous Is Obliged, Before Signing The Contract, To Present The Ordering Party With A Price Calculation - A Price List - Prepared In Accordance With Annex 8 To The Swz, Prepared On The Basis Of The Bill Of Quantities Provided: • Contractor Should Price Each Item In The Price List (Cw) Separately (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz), Observing The Rules For Calculating The Value In Each Item And Summarizing The General Amounts Given In The Cw. The Contractor Is Not Allowed To Change The Quantities Specified In The Cw, • The Cw Should Be Read Together With Other Contract Documents. It Is Assumed That The Contractor Has Carefully Read The Detailed Description Of The Works To Be Performed And The Method Of Their Implementation.
