1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Catering Services For Participants Of The Mba Master Of Business Administration Postgraduate Studies Organized On The Premises Of The University Of Economics In Katowice Located In Katowice At Ul. Bogucicka 3 (Building A) And Bogucicka 5.2. By The Provision Of Successive Catering Services, The Ordering Party Understands The Service Of Preparing Meals And Drinks (Catering Sets In Accordance With The Description In Form No. The Contractor Will Deliver, Arrange And Serve Meals And Drinks In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.3. The Provision Of Catering Services As Part Of Events Organized By The Ordering Party Will Be Carried Out Successively, Based On Separate Orders Sent By The Ordering Party In Electronic Form.4. Each Order Carried Out Under This Subject Of The Order Will Include The Provision Of Catering Services For Participants Of Postgraduate Studies. The Number Of Participants Will Be Indicated Each Time By The Ordering Party In The Order And Will Be Not Less Than 20 People And Not More Than 26 People. Increasing Or Decreasing The Number Of Participants Is Allowed In The Event Of A Justified Event. 5. The Ordering Party Will Make Available The Rooms Where The Events Will Take Place On The Date Agreed With The Contractor, But At Least 2 Hours Before The Start Of The Event. The Ordering Party Will Also Provide Access To Utilities, I.E. Electricity And Water. 6. If The Ordering Party Requests It, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Clean, Undamaged Buffet Tables Covered With Clean, Ironed, Uniform Tablecloths. The Contractor Cannot Use Disposable Tablecloths And Oilcloths. 7. The Quantity Of The Catering Set Provided By The Ordering Party In Form No. 1 To The Swz (Offer Form) Is Used Only For The Evaluation And Comparison Of Offers And Is Based On The Estimated Quantity. The Actual Quantities Of The Catering Set Will Result From The Current, Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party.8. In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 3 Section 22 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Form No. 4 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract To 40% Of The Maximum Remuneration, And The Contractor Will Not Submit Any Claims In This Respect. 9. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Method Of Performing The Order And The Contractors Obligations Are Specified In: 9.1.
