1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Meals Delivery And Serving Services (Catering Service) For Participants Of International Educational Events Organized On The Premises Of The University Of Economics In Katowice And In Other Locations In The Katowice Area.2. By The Provision Of Successive Catering Services, The Ordering Party Understands The Service Of Preparing, Delivering To The Point Of Issue And Serving Ready Meals And Drinks (Catering Sets In Accordance With The Description In Form No. 5 To The Swz) Using The Contractors Own Devices, Equipment, Dishes, Products During International Events Organized On The Premises Of The University Of Economics In Katowice, And In Other Locations In The Katowice Area Indicated By The Ordering Party, On The Dates And Quantities Specified By The Ordering Party.3. The Provision Of Catering Services As Part Of Events Organized By The Ordering Party Will Be Carried Out Successively, Based On Separate Orders Sent By The Ordering Party In Electronic Form.4. Each Order Will Include Catering Services For A Minimum Of 4 People And A Maximum Of 150 People, Depending On The Nature Of The Event To Which The Catering Service Applies, Which Will Be Determined Each Time By The Ordering Party.5. The Ordering Party Allows The Organization Of No More Than 2 Meetings Combined With The Provision Of Catering Services On The Same Day.6. The Ordering Party Will Make Available The Rooms In Which The Events Will Take Place On The Date Agreed With The Contractor, But At Least 2 Hours Before The Start Of The Event. The Ordering Party Will Also Provide Access To Utilities, I.E. Electricity And Water. 7. The Quantities Of Catering Sets Provided By The Ordering Party In Form No. 1 To The Swz (Offer Form) Are Only For The Evaluation And Comparison Of Offers And Are Based On Estimated Quantities. The Actual Quantities Of Catering Sets Will Result From The Current, Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party.8. In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 3 Section 16 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Form No. 4 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order To 50% Of The Maximum Remuneration, And The Contractor Will Not Submit Any Claims In This Respect.
