1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Catering Services For Participants Of Postgraduate Studies Organized On The Premises Of The University Of Economics In Katowice At Ul. Bogucicka 3 And Bogucicka 5. 2. The Provision Of Successive Catering Services Is Understood By The Ordering Party As The Service Of Preparing Meals And Drinks (Catering Sets In Accordance With The Description In Form No. The Contractor Will Deliver And Distribute Meals And Drinks (Catering Sets) In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.3. The Provision Of Catering Services As Part Of Events Organized By The Ordering Party Will Be Carried Out Successively, Based On Separate Orders Sent By The Ordering Party In Electronic Form. 4. Each Order Will Include The Provision Of Catering Services For Not Less Than One And Not More Than Two Separate Groups Of Postgraduate Study Participants. The Number Of Participants In Each Group Will Be Indicated Each Time By The Ordering Party In The Order And Will Be No Less Than 16 People And No More Than 30 People (First Group - 22 People, Second Group - 26 People). The Maximum Number Of Participants In All Groups On One Day Will Be No More Than 50 People. Classes For Individual Groups Will Be Held In Different Rooms, And Catering Will Be Provided Separately For Each Group. 5. The Ordering Party Will Make Available The Rooms Where The Events Will Take Place On The Date Agreed With The Contractor, But At Least 2 Hours Before The Start Of The Event. The Ordering Party Will Also Provide Access To Utilities, I.E. Electricity And Water. 6. The Quantities Of The Catering Set Provided By The Ordering Party In Form No. 1 To The Swz (Offer Form) Are Used Only For The Evaluation And Comparison Of Offers And Are Based On Estimated Quantities. The Actual Quantities Of The Catering Set Will Result From The Current, Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party.7. In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 3 Section 12 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Form No. 4 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Scope Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract To 50% Of The Maximum Remuneration, And The Contractor Will Not Submit Any Claims In This Respect.8. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Method Of Performing The Order And The Contractors Obligations Are Specified In:8.1. The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu, Constitute Form No. 4 To Swz.8.2.
