Tenders Are Invited For 24-Hour Operation And Ongoing Maintenance Of The Storm Sewage System Located In The Dąbrowa Górnicza Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1.1. Maintaining The Patency Of The Storm Sewerage Network With Diameters From Dn50 To Dn1800, Including Its Infrastructure, Continuously, I.E. Around The Clock, Ensuring Proper Operation Of The Network, Including Work Related To Maintenance, Cleaning, Video Monitoring, Removal Of Failures And Proper Functioning Of The Network Owned By The Dąbrowa Górnicza Commune, Excluding The Internal Sewage Network Located In Closed Facilities Such As Schools, Kindergartens, Hospitals, Plants, Markets, Guarded Parking Lots, Sewage Sections Belonging To The Multi-Family Housing Administration (Cooperatives, Communities, Mzbm) And Sections Constituting Local Drainage (Roads, Squares). The Length Of The City Storm Sewage System Is Approximately 228 Km. Together With Facilities, In Particular 9 Rainwater Pumping Stations, 10 Retention Reservoirs, 91 Outlets. 1.2. Ensuring Ongoing Documentation And Technical Service In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.1.3. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In Paragraphs 5, 6 And 7 Of The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract - Including Those Relating To: • Works That Do Not Require Immediate Intervention - Paragraph 6, Paragraph 1 Of The Draft Contract; • Works Related To The Reconciliation Of Documentation - Paragraph § 6, Paragraph 7 Of The Draft Contract; • Operational Works - Paragraph 6, Paragraph 8 Of The Draft Contract; • Actions In Emergency And Crisis Situations - Paragraph 7, Paragraph 7 Of The Draft Contract;• General Obligations Of The Contractor - Paragraph 5 Of The Draft Contract.1.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Material And Equipment Base In The Dąbrowa Górnicza Commune Or At A Distance No More Than 10 Km From The City Limits, And If It Does Not Have Technical Resources, To Create A Base And Document It Within 10 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 2.
