1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Maintenance And Care Of Urban Greenery In The Park At Kościuszki Square, Wolności Square, Hubala Square At Ul. Daszyńskiego/Sadowa/Sucharski In Konstantynów Łódzki In 2026.2. The Detailed Scope Of Work And Method Of Performing The Services Covered By The Order For Part 1 Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz) For A Given Part Of The Order.3. The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Provisions Of Annex No. 1, 2 And 7 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Offer Form And Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) For Part 1 Of The Order.5. For Part 1 Of The Order, The Ordering Party Envisages The Possibility Of Limiting The Scope Of The Material Subject Of The Contract Due To The Planned Reconstruction Of Some Green Areas In The Park At Kościuszki Square In Konstantynów Łódzki During The Duration Of The Contract. The Contractors Remuneration Will Then Be Reduced Proportionally By The Number Of Square Meters Of The Park Excluded From The Greenery Maintenance And Care Service. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Total Value Of Services Excluded From The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract May Not Exceed 15% Of The Value Of The Original Contract. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect, Including The Right To Compensation.
