Tenders Are Invited For Carrying Out Maintenance And Maintenance Services For Lighting Of Roads And Public Places On Lines And Devices Owned 100% By The Żary Commune With Municipal Status For The Years 2026-2027

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Maintenance Services For Lighting Of Roads And Public Places On Lines And Devices Owned By The Żary Commune With Urban Status In Accordance With Generally Applicable Legal Provisions Applicable To The Service In Question, In Particular: The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended). The Contractor Shall Operate, And The Ordering Party Shall Enable, The Operation Of The Devices Covered By The Order In A Manner Ensuring: 1) Safety Of The Operators And The Surroundings, 2) Optimal Use Of The Devices, 3) Maintaining The Efficiency And Quality Of Lighting Devices For Roads And Public Places, 4) Compliance With Environmental Protection Requirements, 5) Safe And Economical Operation Of The Devices, 6) Rational And Economical Use Of Electricity. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure 24-Hour On-Call Service, Also Enabling The Reception Of Telephone Reports Of Failures Constituting A Direct Threat To Human Life And Health, Animal Life And Threats Fire Department. The Detailed Scope Of Work Covered By This Order Is Indicated In Section 2 Of Section C Of The Offer Form. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Agreement Are Specified In The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The List Of Lighting Facilities Covered By The Contract Is Attached As Annex 1 To The Contract.
