Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Servers As Part Of The Project Entitled Improving Cybersecurity Of The Świdnik Municipality

1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Servers (2 Pieces) With Software, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.2) The Supplied Hardware And Software Must Be Free From Legal And Physical Defects And Show No Signs Of Use. 3) The Supplied Hardware And Software Must Be Brand New (I.E. Manufactured No Earlier Than 9 Months Before Delivery), Come From The Manufacturers Official Sales Channel For The Polish Market, And Come From Mass Production, Taking Into Account The Configuration Options Provided By The Manufacturer For The Offered Hardware And Software Model. 4) Prototype Products Are Not Allowed, Devices Stored For A Long Time Or Devices Coming From Manufacturers Sales Programs Are Not Allowed. Devices Cannot Be Included On The Manufacturers End-Of-Sale, End-Of-Support, End-Of-Life List Or Other Lists Maintained By Product Manufacturers Indicating That The Product Has Been Withdrawn From Sale, Support For It Has Ended Or The Manufacturer Is No Longer Issuing Updates, Security Patches Or Repairs For The Product. 5) The Required Number And Arrangement (Outside The Housing) Of Any Ports Cannot Be Achieved By Using Converters, Adapters, Etc., The Use Of Any External Adapters Or Converters. It Is Unacceptable To Implement Only Some Of The Functions Or Required Standards Instead Of Others Specified As Minimum In This Document. All Minimum Requirements Must Be Met By The Delivered Products Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Purchase Any Additional Elements, Unless This Document States Otherwise.6) All Devices Will Be Powered Directly From The 230V Network. 7) The Contractor Will Ensure Delivery To The Location Indicated By The Ordering Party. 8) The Contractor Is Responsible For Configuring Physical And Logical Connections, Connecting And Configuring Devices For Operation, Allowing For The Commencement Of Work, And Providing The Appropriate Number Of Power And Connection Cables To Prepare The Ordered Equipment For Operation. 9) The Contractor Is Obliged To Configure The Ordered Equipment In Consultation With The Ordering Party. 10) Installation Works Can Only Be Carried Out On Dates Agreed With The Ordering Party. 11) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit As-Built Documentation, Including In Particular All Access Data To Devices And Software That Will Be Used During The Installation And Configuration Of Hardware And Software. 12) For The Supply Of It Equipment With Software, The Ordering Party Requires Brand New Software (Never Used Before), In A Version With A Certificate Of Authenticity For Each License, Provided That The Manufacturer Of The Offered Software Uses Certificates Of Authenticity. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Brand New Software (Including The Operating System) That Is Unused And Has Never Been Activated On Another Device Before And Comes From A Legal Sales Source.
