The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Act Requires That All Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1* Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, Were Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract. The Contractor Or Subcontractor Will Employ The Above-Mentioned Persons For The Period Of Execution Of The Order.
