The Subject Of The Order Is The Service In The Field Of: - Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions, - Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment For The Area Of ​​The Ostrów Commune, Together With The Required Annexes To These Decisions, In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including The Act Of March 27, 2003. On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended). The Order Also Includes The Following Activities - Without The Right To Additional Remuneration: - Carrying Out The Analysis Referred To In Art. 53 Section 3 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And The Analysis Referred To In The Above-Mentioned Regulation On The Method Of Determining Requirements For New Development And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan, - Site Visits And, If Necessary, Preparation Of Photographic Documentation Covering The Area Of ​​​​The Analysis Carried Out During The Preparation Of Each Draft Decision, - Attendance At Least Once A Week To Receive Applications For Determining The Conditions Of Development And Land Development And Delivery Of Prepared Draft Decisions, - Each Time Indicating The Authorities Referred To In Art. 53 Section 4, Which Should Be Requested To Agree On The Draft Decision, - Responding To The Allegations In The Event Of An Appeal Against The Decision By A Party, - Correcting The Prepared Draft Decision, In The Event Of Refusal To Agree On The Draft Decision Due To Inappropriate Provisions Contained Therein, - Correcting And Bringing Into Compliance With The Provisions Of Law The Draft Decision, In The Event Of The Annulment Of The Mayors Decision By The Appeal Body. The Order Also Includes: - Preparation Of Draft Decisions That Will Constitute An Amendment To Previously Prepared Draft Decisions On Development Conditions And Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment; For Preparing The Design Of The Above-Mentioned Decision, The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration In The Amount Of 50% Of The Amount Indicated In Response To This Request For Quotation, - Preparing Draft Decisions Refusing To Establish Development Conditions Or Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, If, As A Result Of The Analysis Referred To Above, It Is Found That It Is Impossible To Establish Development Conditions Or The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment; For Preparing The Draft Of The Above-Mentioned Decision, The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration Equal To The Amount Indicated In Response To This Request For Quotation. The Developed Draft Decisions Should Be Submitted In Electronic And Paper Versions, Signed By A Person Authorized To Prepare Draft Decisions On Development Conditions / Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment. The Expected Number Of Draft Decisions To Be Prepared On The Basis Of Applications Submitted In 2026 - Approx. 800 Draft Decisions On Development
