Tenders Are Invited For Providing A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Belonging To The Warnice Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Collection And Management (Recovery Or Disposal) Of Municipal Waste On Real Estate Owned By The Warnice Commune, Indicated By The Ordering Party, In A Manner Ensuring The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery Using Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness. And Order In Municipalities Once Every 1 Month Or Every 2 Weeks, Or More Often, Depending On Needs.2. The List Of Waste Collection Points From Public Utility Facilities In The Warnice Commune Is Attached As Appendix No. 2 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Changes In The List Of Waste Collection Points From Public Utility Facilities Of The Warnice Commune On The Basis Of An Annex To The Contract And The Amount And Frequency Of Waste Collection After Prior Notification By The Ordering Party. In The Event Of Changes In The List Resulting In An Increase In The List Of Disposal Points, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: - Immediately (Not Exceeding 48 Hours) Equip The Property With Containers, - Collect Municipal Waste From This Property, According To The List After The Introduced Changes, - Include It In Settlement Of The Increase In The Number Of Disposal Points In Accordance With The Rates Presented In The Contractors Offer. In The Event Of Changes In The List, Resulting In A Reduction Of The List Of Disposal Points Or Containers Included In The List, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: - Immediately (Not Exceeding 48 Hours) Collect The Container From The Property, - Terminate The Provision Of Municipal Waste Collection Services From These Properties, Starting From The Week Following The Week In Which He Received Information About The Removal Of The Disposal Point From List, - Including In The Settlement The Reduction In The Number Of Export Points In Accordance With The Rates Presented In The Contractors Offer, 4. Contractors Obligations: 1) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect Mixed And Segregated Waste, In Accordance With The List Of Waste Collection Points From The Property Belonging To The Warnice Commune And The Schedule Of Waste Collection, Of The Following Types: A) Paper, B) Metals, Plastics, Multi-Material Packaging, C) Glass, D) Bio-Waste, E) Textiles, F) Unsegregated (Mixed) Waste Generated After Waste Selection Municipal Waste From Owners Of Uninhabited Properties Where No Residents Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated, Which Is The Property Of The Warnice Commune.2) The Containers Are Provided By The Contractor And Will Place Them In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party By January 1, 2026.3) The Contractor Delivers Selective Collection Bags To The Ordering Party And Then Successively Replenishes Their Quantity.4) Frequency Of Loading And Removal Of Waste By The Contractor.
