Tenders Are Invited For Taking Vertical 0.05 M Digital Aerial Photos, Digital Terrain Model, Digital Land Cover Model, Color, Digital True Rgb And Cir Orthophotomap In Pl2000.6 Systems (...)
1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of: Digital Vertical Aerial Photos With A Resolution Of 0.05 M, A Digital Terrain Model, A Digital Land Cover Model, A Color, Digital True (True Ortho) Rgb And Cir Orthophotomap In The Pl2000.6 And Pl1992 Systems, Digital Oblique Aerial Photos With A Resolution Of 0.05 M, Four Oblique Photoplans, Laser Scanning 25 Points/M2, 3D Model Of The City, Model Of The Solar Potential Of Building Roofs - For An Area Of 388.4 Km2 And Feeding The Obtained Data Into The Obliview Online Application Owned By The Ordering Party For The Publication Of The Above Data For The Project Entitled: City Management Based On Spatial Databases With The Development Of E-Services Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Łódź Region 2021-2027.2) A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Is Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Set Out In The Agreement Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 4) The Selected Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare A Schedule Of Deliveries And Works In Consultation With The Ordering Party, Describing In Time And Divided Into Stages The Scope Of Deliveries/Services Performed By The Contractor. 5) The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Schedule Of Deliveries And Works, Which Will Be Finally Agreed Upon By The Parties To The Contract Within A Period Not Exceeding 7 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 6) The Order Shall Be Carried Out With Due Diligence And In Accordance With All The Requirements Contained In Swz With Attachments And Possible Information For Contractors. At The Stage Of Order Execution, The Contractor Performs The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 7) The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer, The Content Of Which Will Allow The Ordering Party To Verify The Offer In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Content Of The Swz. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order.
