Quotation are invited for Canopy for Kfar Tebnit. Closed gazebo canopy in the outdoor space of Kfar Tebnit Municipality, intended to serve as a safe space for conducting MHPSS activities. The supplier shall fabricate, supply, deliver, and fully install the gazebo canopy at the specified site. Oxfam is a global movement of people, working together to end the injustice of poverty. The supplier shall fabricate, supply, deliver, and fully install the gazebo canopy at the specified site, in accordance with the specifications described below. Tent type: Steel frame with cone roof; Dimensions: 6m × 6m, total height 3m (cone 0.6m); Covering: transparent PVC/PE curtain; Roof: Steel cone covered bricks with ridge and hollow section rafters; Structure: Galvanized steel G90, hot dip treated. Structural Steel: Columns (vertical posts): Hollow steel tube 80×80×3mm, G90 galvanized, anchored to concrete base, corrosion resistant. Beams (horizontal frame): Hollow steel tube 60×60×3mm, G90 galvanized, supports roof and walls. Roof rafters: Hollow steel tube 60×60×3mm, G90 galvanized, conical layout, welded to ridge beam; Ridge beam: Hollow steel tube 80×80×3mm, G90 galvanized, supports roof apex; Bracing (diagonal): Hollow steel tube 40×40×2mm, G90 galvanized, provides lateral stability. Base plate: 150×150×5mm steel plate with anchor bolts, fixed on reinforced concrete foundation; Corrosion protection: PU paint for aesthetics. Wall and Roof Cladding: Walls: Transparent PVC curtain sheets (0.5mm thick); Base foundation: 200mm concrete slab or isolated footings under columns. Optional Features: Roll-up PVC curtains for ventilation; Reinforced steel corners to resist lateral forces. The roof is constructed with a steel cone frame, covered with brick cladding for durability and aesthetic finish General terms: The supplier must fabricate, supply, deliver, and fully install the items. The suppliers relationship will directly be with OXFAM staff. Oxfam staff will be responsible to inspect and confirm the delivery of the materials. The supplier must deliver the materials within 5 days after signing the agreement. Oxfam has the right to increase or decrease quantities at the same unit cost. Any item not complying with the specs will be rejected. The supplier shall submit comprehensive data sheets. Oxfam will inform the supplier on the exact date of delivery. The contractor shall provide a comprehensive warranty for all supplied items. The contractor shall ensure that the supplied items are brand new not renewed, and that applies to all the supplied items. If the supplier wishes to propose modifications to the specification (which may provide a better way to achieve Oxfam´s objectives) these must be considered as an alternative offer. The Supplier must make alternative offers in a separate letter to accompany the offer. OXFAM is under no obligation to accept alternative offers.
