Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services Development of the Strategic Plan 20262030 and Annual Report 2025 Office on Missing Persons (OMP). Scope of Work The selected consultant/firm will be required to: Review existing institutional documents, mandates, and previous strategic plans. Conduct consultations with key internal and external stakeholders. Assess the current operational environment, including challenges and opportunities. Develop a comprehensive Strategic Plan (2026-2030) with clear goals, objectives, strategies, and performance indicators. Facilitate validation workshops and finalize the Strategic Plan, The Annual report of the OMP for the year of 2025 and overall performance plan 2018-2025.
