Request for proposals for Consulting Firm for the Development of Towards Carbon-Neutral Rails: Enhancing Environmental Sustainability of the Philippines National Railway Objective of the Assignment: The Selected Consulting Firm under this Tor Hall be Engaged to Help Achieve the following Objectives: Support Pnr in Developing a Strategic Plan to Transition towards 100% Renewable Energy. Conduct Technical Feasibility Studies to Assess the Viability of Solar Pv Projects on Pnr Assets (Both Ground-Mounted and Rooftop). Recommend Enabling Policy Reforms and Regulatory Adjustments to Support Project Implementation. Develop Financial Models and Business Models that Ensure Bankability and Long-Term Sustainability. Provide Pre-Investment Advisory to Prepare Projects for Implementation and Potential Investor Engagement.
