It Should Be Noted That, Currently, The Dr. Hernán Henríquez Aravena Hospital Has Five (5) Levels Of Nurseries, Which Allow Coverage For Boys And Girls From Eighty-Four (84) Days Of Age. Life Up To Two (2) Years Of Age, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article N°203 Of The Labor Code. Likewise, In Order To Optimize Public And Human Resources, Starting In October 2025, A Medium Level With Capacity For 24 Boys And Girls Up To Three (3) Years Of Age Was Implemented. However, For Reasons Of Good Work Practices, To Promote The Reconciliation Of Family And Work Life, And Due To The Insufficient Internal Care Capacity, The Hospital Requires Hiring A Kindergarten Service For Medium Levels, In Daytime And Extended Hours, Intended For Sons And Daughters Of Employees Who Have This Benefit, Which Is Optional. For These Purposes, It Is Necessary To Allocate Tuition And Monthly Payments That Allow A Total Of 50 Kindergarten Places To Be Covered At Medium Levels Or Heterogeneous Medium Levels, Ensuring That Said Number Of Places Is Ideally Concentrated In A Single Establishment. The Place Of Provision Must Be Located In The Commune Of Temuco, Ninth Region Of Araucanía. That Said, It Is Necessary To Hire A Early Childhood Education Establishment Provider That Complies With The Legal And Pedagogical Requirements Established In The Current Regulatory Framework: Law No. 20,370 (General Education Law), Law No. 20,529 (National Quality Assurance System For Early Childhood, Basic And Secondary Education) And Law No. 20,832, As Well As The Authorization For The Operation Of Educational Establishments Kindergarten. The Service Must Address The Specific Needs Of Boys And Girls At The Indicated Ages, In Accordance With The Medium Levels Established In Decrees No. 128 And No. 315 Of The Mineduc, Guaranteeing The Protection Of Their Rights, Access To Quality Education And Compliance With Standards That Favor Their Comprehensive Development. Likewise, Bidders Must Consider, When Applying, The Complementarity Between Levels, Days And Enrollments, So That Their Offers Can Be Evaluated Under Equal Conditions. The Awarded Establishment Must Comply With All Current Health And Safety Regulations And Have The Appropriate Provision Of Specialized Personnel, Including Professionals And Nursery Assistants. In Addition, It Must Have The Furniture, Spaces And Teaching Materials Required By Current Regulations, According To The Needs Of The Boys And Girls.
