The Nordic Ocean Program (2025-2027) Aims To Address The Planetary Triple Crisis, Which Includes Climate Change, Loss Of Biodiversity And Pollution, And Which Has Serious Consequences For The Ocean. The Program Is Anchored In The Nordic Council Of Ministers Vision 2030 And Emphasizes The Importance Of Sustainable Management And Conservation Of Marine Environments As Part Of The Goal A Green Nordic. This Call Invites Research Projects Under Two Priority Themes: Theme 3: Pollution And Ecosystem Impact, With A Focus On Plastic Waste And Microplastics, Through Monitoring, Modeling And Management Solutions; And Theme 4: Sustainable Use And Marine Spatial Planning, With Emphasis On Biological Diversity And Climate As A Framework For Marine Management. The Projects Must Be Policy-Relevant, Interdisciplinary And Promote Nordic Cooperation, With Consortia That Include At Least Three Nordic Countries.
