The Main Goal Of The Procurement Is To Offer Reasonably Priced Cafe Services To The Customers Of The Kaleva Sports Park. The Tenderer Also Has The Option To Offer Skate Sharpening/Rental Services As A Voluntary Additional Service. The Provision Of The Service In Question Is Therefore Not Mandatory. Cafe Operations And, As An Additional Service, Possible Skate Sharpening/Rental Operations Are Carried Out In Premises Managed By The City Of Tampere In Connection With The Maintenance Building Of The Kaleva Sports Park At Salhojankatu 35, 33540 Tampere. More Detailed Conditions Related To The License Agreement Can Be Found In The Draft Agreement In Attachment 1. The Floor Plans Of The Café Space And The Skate Sharpening Space Can Be Found As An Attachment To The Request For Tenders (Appendices 2 And 3). The Contract Can Be Extended After The Actual Contract Period With Three (3) One (1) Year Option Periods (1+1+1).
