The Municipality Of Gorinchem (Hereinafter: The Municipality) Intends To Sell A Built-Up Plot On The Lange Slagenstraat In Gorinchem. This Tender Procedure Has Been Set Up For This Purpose. The Site Is Owned By The Municipality And Is Bordered By Lange Slagenstraat (North Side), Abraham Kemplaan (East Side), Nicolaas Pieckstraat (South Side) And Van Neercasselstraat (West Side). The Municipality Is Looking For A Developer To Realize A Housing Project At This Location With At Least 36 Homes. Of The Total Number Of Homes, At Least 2/3 Must Consist Of Affordable Homes And At Least 1/3 Of This Share Of Affordable Homes Must Be Social Rental. A Tender Procedure Is Followed For This. The Tender Takes Place In Two Phases: The Registration Phase And The Bidding Phase. This Registration Guide Is Intended To Select Three Parties That May Submit A Bid In The Bidding Phase.
