The Assignment Concerns The Provision Of Student And Youth Transport For The Aforementioned Municipalities. Versis Is The Name Of The Regional System For Target Group Transport In The Rivierenland Region. Various Forms Of Transport Can Be Organized Within Versis. Various Target Groups Use Versis. This Always Concerns Journeys That Have Been Commissioned By A Municipality Or Journeys That A Traveler Books Himself Because That Traveler Has Permission From A Municipality For This. Different Transport Conditions And System Features (Rules) May Apply To Each Target Group. See The Registration Guidelines And Specifically Appendix 10 Program Of Requirements For Student And Youth Transport Versis For More Information About The Versis Transport System. Lot 1 To Lot 4 The Assignment For Lots 1 To 4 Is Recorded In An Agreement To Be Signed By The Client And Contractor. The Effective Date Of The Agreements Is August 1, 2026. The Agreements Have An Initial Term Of Six (6) Years And End On July 31, 2032. After The Initial Term, The Agreement Can Be Extended Twice For A Period Of One (1) Year By Mutual Consent And Depending On The Quality Delivered And The Content Of The Then Applicable Service Agreement Concluded By Regio Rivierenland With The Municipalities. The Agreement Ends By Operation Of Law On July 31, 2034 At The Latest. Lot 5 The Assignment For Lot 5 Will Be Recorded In An Agreement To Be Signed By The Client And Contractor. The Effective Date Of The Agreement Is August 1, 2026. The Agreement Has A Term Of Three (3) Years And Ends On July 31, 2029 And Has No Extension Option. Further Assignments That Start Within The Term Of The Agreement Must Be Completed In Full, Even If Their End Date Is Outside The Term Of The Agreement.
