The Aim Is To Organize Ict, Facility Management And Real Estate Management Smartly And Effectively. Through This Application We Optimize The Efficiency, Effectiveness And Overview Of Processes Of Our Organizations, So That Employees Can Function Optimally, Buildings And Resources Are Used Efficiently And Management Can Be Better Based On Data And Reports. The Assignment Consists Of Supplying, Setting Up And Maintaining An Application Regarding ▪ Ict For Ijssel Municipalities ▪ Real Estate And Facilities For The Municipalities Of Krimpen Aan Den Ijssel And Capelle Aan Den Ijssel. Preference Is Given To One Software Package, Provided That It Can Properly Offer All The Requested Functionalities Of The Three Parties. The Contracting Authority Intends To Enter Into An Agreement With One (Preferred) Or More Contractor(S) For A Period Of Four Years With The Option To Extend For A Maximum Of Two One-Year Periods.
