In This Tender, The Current Demand For Cisco Hardware And Software In The Area Of Data Centers, Networks And Security For All Authorized Authorities In The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia Is Bundled On The Basis Of Existing Installations For The Purpose Of Maintaining Operations. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Successive Service Contract For Cisco Hardware, Software As Well As Services, Operational Support And Training (Components And Services For Short) For It.Nrw And For Its Customers. The Pricing Is Based On The One Hand On Discount Groups, From Which The Individual Prices Are Determined On The Basis Of The Currently Valid Cisco Global Price List (Gpl) And On The Other Hand On The Basis Of Training And Technician Costs. The Investment Framework Of The Successive Service Contract Is Estimated At A Total Of Approx. 30,000,000.00 Euros For The Maximum Term. The Bidder Must Calculate His Offer On A Full Cost Basis Competently Within The Framework Of A Long-Term Partnership (One Year With The Option To Extend For Another Year, A Maximum Of Four Years). The Client Will Obtain The Advertised Services From The Contractor. If There Are Disruptions In Performance In The Form Of Delay Or Defective Delivery, This Can Be Deviated From. The Components Are Operated By The Client Itself. The Contractor Must Deliver State-Of-The-Art Hardware And Software Components During The Contract Term. If Cisco Components Are Discontinued By The Manufacturer Cisco, The Contractor Undertakes To Replace Them With At Least Equivalent Components If They Are Offered By The Manufacturer Cisco. The Detailed List Of The Advertised Cisco Hardware, Software As Well As Services, Operational Support And Training Can Be Found In The Appendix Price Sheet_Cisco_V1.0. It Applies That, For Example, The Cisco Nexus 9000 Series Also Includes The Corresponding Sub-Series, Such As Cisco Nexus 9500 And 9300 Series. This Also Applies To Corresponding Accessories (Power Supplies, Fans, Processor And Line Cards, Etc.) And Licenses, Unless These Are Listed Individually.
