A Bus According To Ec Vehicle Class N3 With A Diesel Engine According To The Euro Vi E Emissions Standard Or Higher Is To Be Purchased. The Interior Design Must Meet The Requirements Of A Modern Mobile Library. When Implementing The Project, The Principles Of Accessibility Must Be Ensured In Such A Way That People With Mobility Disabilities Are Not Excluded From Using The Mobile Library. In Addition, There Must Be A Local Specialist Workshop No More Than 60 Kilometers From The Cuxhaven Location.
