It Is A Two-Story, Listed Art Nouveau Villa From 1908/09 For Which An “Energetic Facade And Roof Renovation” Is Planned. Furthermore, The Existing Oil Heating System Is To Be Replaced By A Water Heat Pump With A Corresponding Well In The Garden. This Is An Erdf-Funded Measure. Particular Attention Should Be Paid To The Listed Facade As Well As The Listed Installations In The Interior.
