The Object Of This Procedure Is The Acquisition Of Site Management Services In Order To Ensure High-Quality Works (Including Work Follow-Up Services During The Defect Notification Period), For The Investment Objective Investments Rehabilitation And Modernization Dj 106E Cristian (Int Dn) – Orlat – Sibiel – Vale - Săliște – Galeș - Tilișca – Rod – Poiana Sibiului, Jina - Lim. Jud. Alba (Section 2+ Section T 3) As Follows: Section 2-From Km18+240 - To Km 33+559.41 And Section 3-From Km 33+559.41 - To Km 47+411.49 The Execution Works Will Be Purchased Separately On The Two Sections, Thus Resulting In Two Works Contracts, In Conclusion The Documents Issued By The Conductors Will Be Drawn Up On Each Section In Depending On The Date Of Award Of The Works For The Two Sections, The Construction Site Manager Will Provide The Management Services For A Minimum Of 24 Months (For Each Section) From The Reception To The Completion Of The Construction Works By The Site Managers, Throughout The Duration Of The Execution Of The 2 Contracts, In All Stages Of Their Development: Preparation For The Execution Of The Works, Execution Of The Works, Reception At The End Of The Works, During The Period Of The Guarantee Of Good Execution Of The Works, Until The Final Reception.
