As Part Of The Implementation Of The Integrated Urban Development Concept (Isek), The Municipality Of Lindlar Is Implementing Measures To Upgrade The Historic Town Center And Other Key Areas (School And Cultural Center, Plietz Park, Market Square) With Urban Development Funding From The Federal And State Of North Rhine-Westphalia. This Call For Tenders Is Looking For An External Service Provider For District Management Who Will Provide Employees Who Will Take On The Tasks Of Project Communication And Project Coordination In Close Coordination With The Municipal Project Management. The District Management Should Act As An Interface Between Citizens, Politics, Administration And Specialist Planners And Accompany The Implementation Of The Structural And Non-Investment Measures In Terms Of Communication, Organization And Content. The Central Tasks And Activities Are: - Supporting The Implementation Of The Investment Measures In The Town Center (Lindlar Open Spaces), With Particular Attention To Circular Building And Climate Adaptation - Setting Up And Operating A Local Office As A Low-Threshold Contact Point For Residents And Local Actors With Regular Opening Hours - Recording And Updating Problem Situations, Presenting Possible Solutions - Conflict Management Between The Public And Private Actors Involved With A View To Pursuing And Realizing Project Goals - Continuous Discussions With Key People From The Administration - Activating Local Actors And Strengthening The Culture Of Participation - Implementation And Support Of The Facade And Courtyard Program As Well As Disposal Funds - Carrying Out Public Relations Work Tailored To The Target Group - Ensuring Continuous Project Communication (Online/Offline) - Informing Municipal Committees
