Education And Training Services – Coaching U25. Content: The Measure Includes Weekly Individual Coaching Sessions Lasting Six Hours. As A Rule, Participants Are Assigned To Mat Coaching U25 For Three Months. The Course Of The Measure (Mat) Is As Follows: - Introduction: In The First Week, The Young People Are Introduced To The Mat. - Application Phase: Afterwards, The Participants - Supported By The Job Coaches - Concentrate On Preparing Applications And Finding A Suitable Internship Position. - Internship: An Internship Should Be Taken Up At The End Of This Phase. The Operational Testing Can Take Up To Four Weeks. Cancellation Is Possible; In This Case, Individual Coaching Will Be Continued To Support Further Application Phases And Internships. Individual Coaching Sessions Take Place Continuously Throughout The Assignment Period. The Aim Of The Mat Is Sustainable Integration Into The Primary Labor Market. In The Mat, Young People Who Are Actually Fit For The First Job Market But Cannot Make The Jump Into It Independently Can Find Support. Therefore, 2 Realistic Alternatives To The Actual Career Desire Should Be Developed Here, So That The Participant Has 3 Target Careers. Entry Into The Mat Is Based In Particular On Weekly Individual Coaching, An Initial Profiling And Intensive Application Training In Individual Coaching With The Aim Of Creating Current Application Documents And Giving Participants The Opportunity To Apply To Employers For Places For In-Company Testing For The Integration Phase. In Addition, A Complete Application Folder For Applications For A Job Or Training Position Should Be Created In Electronic Form With The Participant. The Start Can Be Structured Differently, Depending On The Number Of Registered Participants, Either As A Group Event With At Least 5 Participants Or Directly As Individual Coaching. It Must Be Ensured That The Participant Places Are Filled Quickly. Coordination Between The Contractor And The Client Will Take Place At Short Notice To Ensure Good Utilization Of The Measure And To Keep The Drop-Out Rate Low. Coaching Also Includes Accompanying The Participant During Operational Testing. For This Purpose, The Young Person Is Visited At The Company Once A Week. Here The Job Coach Conducts Discussions With The Participant And The Internship Company About The Internship Process. Existing Difficulties That Stand In The Way Of Taking Up Employment Or Training Must Be Discussed And Strategies Developed Together To Reduce The Barriers. If Employment Is Not Taken Up During The Company Trial, A Change Of Company Must Take Place After 4 Weeks At The Latest.
