The Purpose Of This Procurement Is To Enter Into A Contract For Expert Services To Develop The Beta Version Of The Digital For Sustainability (D4s) Index, Including Concept Development And A “Proof Of Concept”. The Supplier Shall Provide A Visual, Web-Based And Functional System That Generates And Presents Norway’S Environmental Footprint From Digital Infrastructure. This Beta Version Will Lay The Foundation For, And Constitute The First Step Towards, Developing The Full Digital For Sustainability (D4s) Index By Allowing Nkom To Test And Validate The Core Methodological And Technical Framework.
