On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement, The Customer Performs The Following Tasks: - Design Of New Bridges - Bridge Repair Design - Inspection Of Bridge Plans - Design Of Skill Structures - Preparation Of Environmental Permit Applications - Maintenance Of Skill Structure Register - Reinforcement And Other Inspections - Other Unspecified Expert Services Related To Bridges In Addition, The Task Includes Separate Tasks Related To Bridge Design, E.G. Geo-Expert Tasks And Other Expert Tasks Related To Bridge Design. Four (4) Framework Contract Suppliers Will Be Selected For The Framework Arrangement, Unless There Are Fewer Bidders Meeting The Requirements Regarding The Suitability Of The Bidders Or Acceptable Bids. The Contract Area Is Lapland. The Content Of The Framework Arrangement Is Defined In More Detail In The Tender Documents. Tasks Related To Assignments Require Extensive Expertise. The Operator Of The Framework Contract Must Have The Capabilities To Make Bridge Construction And Repair Plans, Taking Into Account The Current Guidelines Of The Norwegian Railways Agency. The Service Provided By The Company Must Cover All The Above-Mentioned Sub-Tasks And Plan Types. During The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement, With Regard To Individual Assignments, Financiers Can Also Be The Federation Of Lapland, Cities And Municipalities Of The Ely Centers Area, As Well As Other Cooperation Entities Of The Vitality Center.
