Railway And Tramway Locomotives And Rolling Stock And Associated Parts – Purchase Of Combino Electrical Mechanical Parts. Purchase Of Combino Electrical Mechanical Parts, Within The Framework Of A Purchase Agreement Total Quantity (Planned): 4,380 Pcs/24 Months The Description Of The Products To Be Purchased And The Detailed Technical Requirements Related To Them Are Contained In The Price Table. The Parts Shall Be Delivered Based On The Type And Drawing Number/Identifier Specified In The Price Table, With The Same Functionality, Design, And Technical Parameters As Those Currently Used For The Same Purpose, Or With Better Reliability. The Bidder Must Specify The Manufacturer And Manufacturer Id Of The Product He Is Offering In The Price Table. In The Case Of The Items Indicated In The Price Table, The Tenderer Shall Provide The Winning Tenderer With A Sample, Upon Request, In Accordance With The Draft Contract That Is Part Of The Public Procurement Documents, Prior To The Start Of Performance. The Quantities Specified In The Price Table Have Been Determined For 12 Months Based On Previous Usage Experience, So-Called Empirical Quantities. The Experimental Quantities Have Been Given For The Purpose Of A Well-Founded Assessment Of The Offers, To Determine The Total Offer Price Without Vat, The Quantities Procured Under The Contract May Differ From These Experimental Data. The Bidder Must Submit His Bid In The Knowledge Of The Above. Only The Unit Prices Are Indicated In The Annex To The Contract To Be Concluded. The Tenderer Undertakes To Issue An Order With A Total Value Of 70% Of The Total Sum Fixed In The Framework Contract. The Tenderer Draws Attention To The 321/2015. (X. 30.) According To The Provisions Of Section 46 (3) Of The Government Decree, According To Which The Identifiers In The Price Table Were Provided Only In Order To Define The Subject Of The Public Procurement In A Clear And Comprehensible Way, The Tenderer Accepts An Offer Equivalent To Them. It Is The Responsibility Of The Bidder To Verify Equivalence, And In Case Of Doubt, Prove It. The Parts Shall Be Delivered Based On The Type And Drawing Number/Identifier Specified In The Price Table, With The Same Functionality, Design, And Technical Parameters As Those Currently Used For The Same Purpose, Or With Better Reliability. The Bidder Must Specify The Manufacturer And Manufacturer Id Of The Product He Is Offering In The Price Table. In His Offer, The Offeror Must State, Duly Signed, That: • The Agreed Delivery Deadline, Which Cannot Be More Than 180 Calendar Days, • He Undertakes To Perform In The Schedule Requested By The Requester And In The Quantity According To The Orders; • The Parts Are Delivered In Protective Packaging Against Dust, Water And Other Contamination, The Packaging Also Protects Them From All Kinds Of External Damage During Transport And Storage; • Ensures The Delivery Of The Parts, For Which He Does Not Charge A Separate Fee; • Acknowledges That The Contracting Authority Only Sends Orders By E-Mail, So That In Case Of Winning, It Ensures That The Orders Are Received At A Single E-Mail Address
