The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is The Expansion Of The Biospec Maxwell 70/17 Mri/Pet Preclinical Tomograph (Ot No. 1331/S/2023/Ujcm) Consisting In The Supply Of Parts Listed In The Opz, As Part Of The Project Entitled Center For The Development Of Therapy For Civilization And Age-Related Diseases Co-Financed Under Priority 2 Of The European Funds For A Modern Economy 2021-2027 Program (Feng). Financing Agreement No. Feng.02.04-Ip.04-0005/24-00. 1.1 Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Proceedings In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance The Contract Were Not Granted To It. 1.2 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Specifying The Functions, Technical Parameters And Required Conditions And Additionally Scored Items Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex A To The Swz, I.E. Functions, Technical Parameters And Required Conditions, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That All Elements Proposed By The Contractor Are Compatible With Each Other And Ensure Full Functionality Without The Need For Additional Investments On The Part Of The Ordering Party. This Description Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Swz, E.G. Resulting From The Answers Given To The Contractors Questions. 1.3 The Contractor Is Required To Submit, Along With The Offer, A Properly Completed Annex A To The Swz, I.E. Functions, Technical Parameters And Required Conditions Of The Subject Of The Order, Signed With A Qualified Electronic Signature. 2. Together With The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit: 2.1 A Detailed Description Of The Offered Subject Of The Order, I.E. Functions, Technical Parameters And Required Conditions, According To The Template Constituting Annex A To The Swz, Allowing For The Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Offered Device, Its Elements, Functions And Equipment As Well As Its Parameters And Conditions With The Requirements Of The Swz, As Well As Containing A Detailed Technical And Functional Description Specifying The Elements, Functions And Equipment As Well As Parameters And Conditions, 2.2 Documents Indicating Taking Actions Aimed At Environmental Protection, E.G. Documents Confirming The Completion Provisions Of The Rohs Directive Or The Weee Directive (These Documents May Constitute A Certificate Of Conformity Or A Declaration Of Conformity Containing References To The Mentioned Directives), Iso 14001 Certificate, Tco Certificate. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of The Above-Mentioned Documents In English.
