The Aim Of The Procurement Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Supplier, Whose Offer Will Be Evaluated As The Most Economically Advantageous, For A Period Of 24 Calendar Months From The Effective Date Of The Framework Agreement Or Until The Moment Of Exhaustion Of The Total Maximum Price For The Subject Of The Public Contract, Which Corresponds To The Expected Value Of This Public Contract, Depending On Which Decisive Event Occurs First. The Framework Agreement Will Regulate The Framework Conditions For The Awarding Of Individual Public Contracts, The Subject Of Which Will Be The Recurring Supply Of Laboratory Mice Of The C57bl/6Ncrl Strain, Including Packaging, Transport And Animal Care During Transport. On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement, Individual Contracts Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of Partial Orders In Accordance With § 134 Zzvz, In A Procedure Without Renewal Of The Competition.
