The Subject Of The Order Includes Carrying Out The Following Activities: - Carrying Out An Assessment Of The Compliance Of All Parts Of The Investment Projects With The Essential Requirements To The Constructions For The Construction - Subject Of The Order, In Volume And Content, According To The Zut And Preparation Of A Complex Report On The Carried Out Compliance Assessment For Obtaining A Construction Permit; - Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction Until Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Construction; -Performing The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator, According To The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 Of The Ministry Of Health And The Ministry Of Health And Welfare On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions When Carrying Out Construction Work; -Organization Of A State Reception Commission For The Commissioning Of The Constructions, For Issuing Permits For The Use Of The Constructions; - Organization Of The Activities For The Removal Of Construction Defects Within The Warranty Periods, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 Of The Mrrd; - Compilation Of A Technical Passport Of The Constructions - Subject Of The Order, According To Ordinance No. 5 Of 12.28.2006 Of The Mrrb On The Technical Passports Of The Constructions; - Exercising Construction Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works, According To Art. 166, Para. 1 And Art. 168, Para. 1 And Para. 3 Of The Zut And The Compliance Of The Ongoing Construction With The Normative Acts; Construction Rules And Regulations; The Technical, Technological, Sanitary-Hygienic, Environmental And Fire Protection Requirements; The Approved Investment Project, The Contract For Construction Works.
