Evaluation Consultancy Services – Ongoing Evaluation For Specific Objective 8 And The Added Value Of Leader Of The Cap Strategic Plan For The Period 2023-2027. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Evaluation Of The Strategic Plan Of The Cap For The Period 2023-2027 (Hereinafter Referred To As The Sp Of The Cap) During The Program Period (Interim Evaluation) In The Area Of Specific Objective No. 8 And The Added Value Of The Leader Strategic Plan Of The Cap For The Period Of 2023-2027. The Subject Of The Public Contract And All Business, Payment And Technical Conditions Are Defined In The Binding Text Of The Draft Contract Contained In Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation. The Fulfillment Of The Public Contract Will Take Place In The Years 2026-2028 And Will Start Immediately After The Conclusion Of The Contract For The Public Contract Between The Contracting Authority And The Selected Supplier. Fulfillment Will Take Place In The Scope, Form And Terms Specified In The Contract.
