The Subject Is The Contractors Obligation To Perform Forestry Services (Activities) In The Logging Process In The Territory Of Mestské Lesov Banská Štiavnica S.R.O. The Services Are For The Customers Needs In The Scope, Time, Price And Under The Conditions Resulting From The Conducted Competition And This Contract, On The One Hand, And On The Other Hand, The Customers Obligation To Pay For Properly And Timely Performed Forestry Services The Agreed Remuneration Under The Conditions Specified In This Contract. Forestry Services Are Understood As Forestry Activities In The Logging Process, In Particular The Technological Preparation Of The Workplace, Logging, Bringing It Closer To The Designated Removal Point, Handling The Removal Lengths At The Removal Point For The Specified Assortments, Especially With The Technology Of Šlkt Or Ukt, Or Harvester And Cable Car Technology In Cooperation With Šlkt Or Ukt And Horse And Export Kit (Hereinafter Referred To As Forestry Services). The Specific Technology Will Always Be Specified In The Order That The Contractor Always Receives Before Starting Work
