The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of New, Non-Exhibition Equipment And Software To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Bringing It Into The Premises, Setting It Up, Starting It Up And Checking Its Correct Operation. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Have Operating Instructions In Polish (If Required), Be Accompanied By The Relevant Documents Referred To In The Swz, And Must Be Covered By At Least The Warranty Period - Specified For A Given Device Or Equipment, Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer, In Particular, Appendix No. 2 To The Swz Technical Parameters, Completed In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. Failure To Submit Appendix No. 2 To The Swz Constitutes The Inability To Evaluate The Offer And Thus Constitutes A Basis For Rejecting The Offer From The Procedure. 3. The Delivered Equipment Must Meet The Following Conditions: A) Have Ce Declarations, B) The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Not For Exhibition And Free From Third-Party Rights, C) Have A Warranty Period Not Shorter Than That Specified For Individual Devices And Equipment In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, D) The Devices Offered On The Day Of Submitting Offers Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale, E) The Software Offered On The Day Of Submission Of Offers Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale.
