Software Support Services – Contracting Of Application Maintenance Service On Microsoft Power Platform From Empresa Nacional De Innovación, S.M.E., S.A.. The Object Of This Contract Is: • Perform The Maintenance Of Applications Developed In The Microsoft Ecosystem Technology, In Particular In: Ms Power Platform, Fabric, Ms Azure Openai, Copilot (Artificial Intelligence Agents) And Azure Devops. • Provide Support To Users To Resolve Level 3 Incidents Of Applications Under Microsoft Maintenance, Aimed At Ensuring Business Continuity. For The Purposes Of This Contract, Level 3 Incidents Will Be Understood As Those Incidents Of High Technical Complexity That Require The Intervention Of Specialists With Advanced Knowledge Of The Platform And That Cannot Be Resolved At Levels 1 And 2 Of Support. They Include, Among Others, Critical Issues That Affect Service Continuity, Errors In The Solution Architecture, Or Incidents That Require Changes To Advanced Configuration Or Specific Development. • Maintain And Update The Reports Generated By The Applications That Are The Object Of The Service. • Maintain Data Governance To Ensure Unique Data And Secure Access.
