Framework Agreement For Purchase Orders Concluded With A Single Economic Operator In Application Of Articles R.2162-1 To 6 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Annual Amount And With A Maximum Annual Amount Of 200,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Maximum Amount Of The Purchase Order Portion Is Set At 200,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Per Year, Or 600,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Entire Duration Of The Three (3) Year Contract. The Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of 12 Months From Its Notification. It May Be Renewed Two (2) Times By Tacit Renewal, For Periods Of One (1) Year, Without Its Total Duration Exceeding Three (3) Years.
