The Contracts Supporting The Activity Are Granted For A Period Of 7 Years, Renewable Three Times Per Period Of One Year, Will Have An Effective Date Of October 1, 2026 And The Latest Expiry Date Of October 1, 2036. The Purpose Of These Contracts Is To Describe The Modalities According To Which The Areas Necessary For The Activity Are Made Available To The Successful Holder And Operated By Him At Paris - Charles De Gaulle Airport. These Contracts Set Out In Particular The Terms And Conditions Under Which The Successful Holder Pays Aéroports De Paris Rent And Is Remunerated By Marketing Services To Customers. In Addition, These Contracts Specify The Conditions Of Membership Of The Future Holder As (I) Seller On The Extime Marketplace, (Ii) Partner Of The Extime Rewards Loyalty Program And, (Iii) Non-Exclusive Licensed User Of The Extime Brand.
