Through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and system-level analysis, the study maps end-to-end customer journeys, identifies operational and technical bottlenecks, and highlights barriers faced by vulnerable groups. Findings will inform actionable recommendations to improve convenience, reliability, inclusion, and trust in Uzbekistans evolving Social Card and digital payment ecosystem.
