Construction Work – Dynamic Procurement System: Construction Awards For The Overall Project Package Of Measures For Operational Building I And New Construction Of The Mittenwalde Road Maintenance Depot. The State Of Brandenburg Has A Total Of 33 Road Maintenance Departments, Which Are Divided Into 19 State Road Maintenance Departments And 14 Federal Road Maintenance Departments. The Modernization Of The Operational Service Buildings Of The Brandenburg State Road Authority Is A Central Task In Order To Address The Existing Space Deficits, Meet Building Regulations And Occupational Health And Safety Requirements And Increase The Personal Contribution Rate In Operational Services. The Focus Is Not Only On Structural Modernization, But Also On The Implementation Of Demanding Sustainability Standards. The Projects Are Characterized By Energy Efficiency, Climate Protection And Innovations Such As The Integration Of Renewable Energies And The Use Of Hybrid Wood Construction. The Overall Project Includes Ten Individual Projects, Including Both State And Federal Properties. Feasibility Studies Were Carried Out For The Four Federal Properties - Pritzwalk, Altlüdersdorf, Elsterwerda And Bad Belzig. In Order To Implement The Project, The Measures Of The Overall Project To Achieve The Deadline Targets Should Be Carried Out In Parallel At Several Road Maintenance Depots. For This Purpose, The Client Divided The Road Maintenance Departments (Individual Projects) Into Three Tranches. Each Tranche Consists Of Two To Four Individual Projects, The Construction Work Of Which Is To Be Carried Out Almost In Parallel. The Client Plans To Complete The Entire Project By Q2/2029. For Some Measures, The Sustainable Building Rating System (Bnb) And Building Information Modeling (Bim) Are Used To Ensure The Sustainability And Efficiency Of The Construction Processes. However, These Systems Are Not Used For All Measures. When Implementing The Respective Projects, Attention Must Be Paid To Ongoing Operational Service. These Are To Be Built At The Existing Addresses. Interim Measures Must Be Initiated For Several Measures To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The Operational Service. The Project Implementation Runs Parallel To The Clients Business Transactions.
