The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Industrial And Cleaning Products For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Mechanical Engineering Of The Warsaw University Of Technology In The Years 2026-2028. 1) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New And Unused. The Statement Brand New Means The Subject Of The Contract In Its Original Packaging (The Packaging Must Be Intact And Protected By The Manufacturer). 2) The Subject Of The Order Must Also Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Claims Of Third Parties. A Physical Defect Also Means Any Non-Compliance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3) On The Day Of Delivery To The Recipient, The Offered Subject Of The Order Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale. And Also Have A Close Expiration Date. 4) The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Articles In Accordance With The Guidelines Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1. 5) The Subject Of The Order Delivered Under The Contract Must Be Purchased In The Official Sales Channel And Have A Ce Certificate Of Conformity Proving The Compliance Of The Device With European Safety Conditions. 6) The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Approved For Sale In Poland And Have All Approvals And Certificates And Meet The Following Conditions: A) All Offered Products/Preparations (Universal Cleaning Agents, Cleaning Agents For Sanitary Facilities) Must Not Have A Destructive Effect On The Cleaned Surfaces And Should Meet The Requirements Of Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Protection, Have The Necessary Approvals And Permits In Force, And In Particular Must Meet The Following Conditions: - They Cannot Contain More Than 0.01% By Weight Preparation Of The Following Substances Affecting Human Health Or The Natural Environment With Symbols R42, R43 (Sensitizing Agents), R59 (Hazardous Substances To The Ozone Layer). - The Maximum Content Of Phosphorus Compounds In Universal Cleaning Agents, Calculated As Phosphorus Per Functional Unit, Cannot Exceed 0.02 G (Functional Unit - The Dose Expressed In Grams Recommended By The Manufacturer Of The Agent For 1 Liter Of Soap Suds (Washing Water). - The Maximum Content Of Phosphorus In Cleaning Agents For Sanitary Facilities Cannot Exceed 1 G/100 G Of The Agent. 7) The List Of Ordered Articles Is Included In The Assortment And Price Form Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Offer Form, Which Is Appendix No. 1 To The Swz And Constitutes Its Integral Part. In The Assortment And Price Form, The Contractor Will Offer A Unit Price For Individual Items. 8) The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims Against The Ordering Party If The Quantity Of Industrial And Cleaning Products Listed In Annex 1 To The Contract Is Not Exhausted During The Contract Period.
