Additional New Buildings Will Be Built At The Merheim Site. This New Building Complex Consists Of Two Main Units. The New Childrens Hospital Is Being Built In The Western Part Of The Building (House 20D), And The Extension For Adult Medicine Is Being Built In The Eastern Part (House 20C). The Extension Building (House 20C) Is Divided Into A Three-Story, Compact Volume, Which Is Closely Linked To The Childrens Clinic, Particularly On The Ground Floor. When The Order Is Placed, The Services Of Service Level 1 Are Initially Commissioned, I.E. The Services Of Basic Determination, Preliminary Planning, Draft Planning, Approval Planning For The Services Of Division Relocation, Childrens Hospital And Extension Building. The Client Is Entitled To Commission The Further Services Of Level 2, I.E. Implementation Planning, Preparation Of The Award, Property Monitoring, Property Management, In Whole Or In Part, Through A Later, Separate, Written Order. The Background To This Gradual Transfer Is That Further Planning Services May Be Transferred To Construction Companies; In Addition, Currently Unforeseeable Delays In The Project Process Should Be Taken Into Account.
