Car Park Building Construction Work – Global Sectoral Market Relating To The Superstructure Extension Of The P2 Parking At Rennes Chu. The Project Concerns The Design And Construction Of The Extension Of The P2 Car Park, A Car Park Dedicated To Chu Staff, As Part Of The Repatriation Of The Activities Of The South Hospital To The Pontchaillou Site With The Construction Of The Women, Mother And Child Centre. The Extension Of The Existing Car Park Will Have To Take The Form Of A Widely Ventilated Superstructure Silo Car Park. The P2 Car Park Currently Has 675 Spaces. The University Hospital Is Requesting, As Part Of This Operation, The Creation Of 400 Additional Spaces So That The Existing Car Park And Its Extension Will Have A Total Of 1,075 Spaces. The University Hospital Does Not Impose A Maximum Number Of Floors. The Holder Must Respect The Plui In This Regard. The Holder Will Have To Carry Out The Adjustments To The Existing Car Park, Induced By The Envisaged Design Of The Silo Car Park In The Superstructure. All The Technical And Organizational Requirements And Constraints Appear In The Detailed Technical Program (Ptd) Attached To This Consultation. It Should Therefore Be Noted In Particular That: - The Work Is To Be Carried Out On An Occupied Site; - During The Execution Of This Contract, A Percentage Of Existing Parking Spaces Must Be Maintained In Service (See Article 4.1 Of The Ptd). The Estimated Value Of The Need Is 5.7 Million Excluding Taxes.
