Pursuant To Art. 19 Section 1 Point 3 Of The Act Of December 16, 2010 On Public Collective Transport (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 285), The Organizer Will Select Operators In Accordance With Art. 22 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act By Directly Concluding Contracts For The Provision Of Public Transport Services With Selected Operators. Determination Of The Type Of Transport, Communication Line And Communication Lines Or Communication Network On Which The Transport Will Be Performed: A) Determination Of The Type Of Transport: Road Passenger Transport, Public Utility Bus Transport; B) Definition Of The Transport Network: Bus Services In Public Collective Transport On The Transport Network Covering The Area For Which The Leipzig District Is The Organizer Of Public Collective Transport (Nature And Quantity Of Services Or Definition Of Needs And Requirements).
